The hotel itself was very nice & spacious for a typical Japanese hotel.
Unfortunately, the beds were unbearably uncomfortable. Each morning I woke up with a stiff neck and aching back. Additionally, the lack of communication from the staff was frustrating, especially during breakfast when we were kept waiting for a table without any explanation.

I found the dryer to be quite weak, necessitating a trip to a nearby laundromat.

the spa was an absoluteletly underwhelming let down, not to mention the lack of privacy with the transparent bathroom doors. Plus, when I asked for more USB ports, I was met with blank stares. I almost wrote a good review but, they didn’t even offer a welcome gift. so disappointing.

What an amazing stay! The free spa was such a relaxing retreat after long days, and the breakfast had an incredible variety. Just a heads up, the bathroom door is glass, which was a bit awkward.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The twin room was spacious compared to other places we stayed in Japan, which made it feel more comfortable. The free onsen was a fantastic way to relax after a day of sightseeing, providing a nice touch of luxury. Staff members were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, always ready to assist when needed. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea offered in the lobby area, adding a cozy touch to our mornings.
However, the location was not ideal, as it was about a 10-minute walk from the nearest JR station, which felt quite far.
